to spark our conversation.

Each evening we will begin with a centering meditation, inspired by the subject of the reading. I will prepare some inquiry questions which you will have an opportunity to journal around to help you explore the concepts on a personal level, and to initiate our conversation. No need to prepare or feel the need to be profound. Come as you are, and just be present to the questions and inspirations that come up for you, and share if you feel inspired to.
