As you travel from root to crown, you will learn that each chakra offers opportunities for growth, and holds the capacity to expand our awareness.

You will learn mudras, crystals, yoga asanas, aromatherapy and affirmations that offer a wholistic approach to balancing your chakras, and restoring your well-being.

There will be opportunities to offer you fellow travels Divine Intervention, and to share Good Karma, because it is in all our best interest to help each other rise up and reach enlightenment.
