We will use the same Zoom sign in information for each of our 5 meetings. Please use the links below to 1) access the Zoom invitation with access link, 2) join the meeting directly, 3) add the dates to your calendar, including the sign in information, 4) find local call in numbers.

Please LOG IN at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time.
To ensure our safety, you will have to be admitted to class, and the Zoom room will be locked when the practice begins. If you loose your connection during the class, you will be readmitted. If you arrive late, you will have to wait to be admitted. Thank you for your consideration to these new security protocols.

Make sure your microphone and speakers are working correctly
Unmute your mic to ask me questions or connect with the group!
Disconnect so you can re-center! Switch your devices to airplane or silent mode to have the opportunity to reclaim your dispersed energy and come back to center.

I love to sequence special classes! If you would like to suggest a particular focus for the practice, for example heart opening, stress reducing, lower body expansion, etc., please send those request at least a week in advance of class.
